THE PRISONS AND YOUNG OFFENDERS INSTITUTIONS (SCOTLAND) AMENDMENT RULES 2020
The above instrument was made by the Scottish Ministers under sections 39 of the Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989 on 7 April 2020.
This change will be introduced through secondary legislation and will be applicable from 7 February 2020, provided the contract for the transaction was concluded after 6 February 2020.
