It may be some time before the health records of all certificate holders are flagged because the new arrangements are only applied in cases where new applications are being made or certificates are due for renewal.
There is no room around the existing hospital to build a new hospital, so to build a new hospital on that site would require demolition of the current hospital.
I was pleased to see Police Scotland acknowledge that point in its evidence to the committee on 26 March. A new offence will mean a new way of recording data.
Care Home Residents (Visits) To ask the Scottish Government what action it is taking to ensure that care home residents who are unable to go outside can still meet friends and family.

Also with us is Jim Tierney, who was on one of those buses in Stepps 38 years ago today. He later spent 26 days and nights in Barlinnie and was sacked and blacklisted.
I know that all of you will probably say that the situation has led to added costs, and you might well have had to take on new people to deal with the new rules and regulations.
