That the Parliament agrees that the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Transfer of Functions of the Homeowner Housing Panel) Regulations 2016 draft be approved.
Brexit, even in spite of coronavirus, will be quite a long way down its list of priorities. It is moving on, to coin a phrase, and it wants to get Brexit sorted out, but Brexit is not top of its list.
Obviously, the bill brings simplification. However, the flipside of that coin is that there are only two levels of disclosure and, potentially, a very broad range of different information that could be disclosed.

You need to bear in mind the fact that I was not present at the time, but I have been advised that, when the canals transferred in 2012, there was no requirement to do so.
