To ask the Scottish Government what information it can provide regarding the Cabinet Secretary for Culture and External Affairs recent visit to India. I visited India from 26 October to 1 November 2012 spending time in Delhi and Jodhpur.

It is an incredibly rapidly evolving industry in which new devices, new gadgets, new routes to market and new business models are appearing all the time.
We also all know that more of the earnings of smaller boats are retained in their communities, and that is an excellent way to encourage new entrants. New entrants also need to be able to access quota.
