To ask the Scottish Executive how many patients, having attended Monklands Hospital Accident and Emergency Department, were transferred by ambulance to (a) Wishaw General or (b) Hairmyres Hospital in each of the last three years.
It is tragic but abundantly clear that hundreds more people will die in A and E departments if the SNP Government does not wake up and smell the coffee.
The Committee considered the merits of the objection at its meeting on 26 September 2018. The Committee noted that the promoters have accepted that when they produced the new land plans, and updated the schedule of assessments at that point, the basis of the assessment was not correct.
