Holyrood Committee welcome commitment to increased culture funding but call for more clarity and greater certainty to be provided following UK Spending Review

  The Committee also welcome that this will form part of a wider review of the way the culture sector is supported, which it says will be valuable in supporting the effective distribution and investment of additional funding for the sector.
