What we have in Scotland is unique, not just because of what we can produce here—our unique selling point is our Scottishness; I have always said that—but because we have one of the best creative communities in the world.
We heard that during the pandemic, the Government worked with telecommunications businesses to provide access to certain websites without using data. We ask the Scottish Government to work with the UK Government and stakeholders to consider if this model could be developed to allow access to trusted money advice websites.
I will be brief, convener. I come back to the same point: sharing best practice, storytelling about it, sustaining it, and convening people to be able to do it, are a large part of what we do with employers.

Workforce Data published by the Improvement Service indicates that, as at August 2021, the additional workforce required to deliver the 1140 hours expansion was in place, with a 26% increase in the Daycare of Children workforce between 2016, when ELC expansion planning began, and 2020.
