A cross-party group is a group of MSPs and other people who are interested in an issue and meet to talk about it. The Cross-Party Group on Disability meets to talk about issues that affect disabled people.
For example, our bureau is seeing a rising proportion of people who have either temporary or long-term mental health issues. When we talk about the people whom our bureau helps, I tend to talk about them as people who are at a low point of resilience.
