It agreed that they did not need to be drawn to the Parliament's attention on any of the reporting grounds.
As this is not a Bill measure it will be considered and costed separately, however for reference some explanatory information in this area was set out in 2020 in the Financial 26 Memorandum for the Scottish General Election (Coronavirus) Bill.
