Outside our usual work I am pleased to be able to share that RoS colleagues have been involved in support the Ukrainian refugee crisis. Following a request for support from Scottish Government colleagues, RoS volunteered to support the customer journey mapping and digital system development activity to support the process of refugees getting to Scotland and being matched to suitable accommodation.
