We may want to decide to commence the inquiry at the start of the new term rather than in June. That is one possible way of rejigging the timetable.I hope that, now that the dust is beginning to settle on the issue of Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd, it would be worth while for the committee to consider some remaining issues.

Tricia Marwick has rather shot my fox, if she will pardon the expression, in the debate.As other members have said, the only provisions of the bill that are relevant to Scotland are those that would create the new community interest companies. There is a possibility that charities in Scotland may want to convert to CICs.
