The School is aware of the intention behind this new criterion. We consider that the 2015 Regulations can continue to operate effectively and we will assist the School in the interpretation of this new criterion as needed.
I am going to talk about storm Arwen in particular. On 26 November, at the high point of it, there were 19 full hours of winds at 97 mph and then a subsequent seven days of power outages and, sometimes, water outages for many households.
