Section 26(2) of the Bill amends section 16 and inserts a new subsection (6A) into the 2010 Act.
I have spoken to CalMac Ferries this morning and relayed my serious concerns about the latest mechanical issue on the MV Caledonian Isles, which I have been told is a gearbox failure that was identified during berthing trials as the vessel returned from a nine-month overhaul.
We are very keen to hear positive news about the next steps. I did, indeed, have a very good visit to Newburgh, where I heard the passion of the community.
