If the legislation does not cover treated sludge, not only SEPA's regulations but the legislation needs to be changed.I agree with other members that it is totally inappropriate for treated sludge to be used in that way. I have been to visit a sewage treatment plant, and I have seen the pellets and how they are sprayed.
