The UK welcomed the opportunity to update the rules, while recognising that careful consideration of the issues would be needed before new strategies could be put in place.
During those 20 years, we all increasingly dreamt of a new Parliament that embodied a new politics and new style of government for the good of the people of Scotland and for the future of the United Kingdom.
