I appreciate the way in which he has expressed that point. The contrast of the material that Mr Carlaw has put on the record could not make his point more strongly.
My office manager, Steven Dehn, who is Bavarian, would want me to point out that, likewise, FC Bayern Munich, which is another multinational organisation, uses a range of languages and plays an important part in promoting Bavarian.
For younger people, brain maturation means that they mature later than they used to, and not until they are about 26. It would be really nice to see the population of prisoners who are between the ages of 21 and 26 come down to the same level as that of the under 18s.
