However, we are nearly 10 years further down the line; perhaps there is new evidence. I would certainly be interested in seeing whether that new evidence is more conclusive than previous evidence.
I assume that what you are saying is that the figure appears reasonable if only 50 new cases are brought a year. Based on my constituency experience, I would have thought that there would be more than 50 cases a year.
