I ask members to imagine what the constraints might be if we were to open—as we will do—markets in India and China, or even more potentially massive markets, with greater demand for grain and Scottish added value.I want the industry to be encouraged, perhaps with Government help, to run more of a healthy open book on the value that it is adding in Scotland so that we can see how much Scottish grain is being used, how much it uses Scottish labels, bottles, packaging, advertising and professional services...
