Approximately 40% of gross trading surplus was generated in the information and communication sector and a further 26% in the water supply & sewerage sector.

Will the cabinet secretary combat that by giving the police what they say they need in the budget, and by extending the funding for the retail crime task force beyond 26 March? The Government and the justice ministers were pleased to secure that specific funding of £3 million to tackle retail crime.
