I have concerns about the limitation of liability in sections 73 and 74 in part 7 of the bill. There is no onus on the carer or proxy to go beyond the need to be reasonably satisfied that they acted in the best interests of the adult.

We wish to avoid ill-considered responses driven by the February deadline for introduction of the new "days at sea" regime (Annex XVII of the new total allowable catch and Quota Regulation).
