To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will specify a minimum megabyte capacity for telecommunications infrastructure in new residential buildings and, if so, what this capacity will be.
To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects to receive an invitation to the official opening of the new Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. There are, as yet, no plans for an official opening of the new Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
Any evidence is useful in considering how the bill might best be taken forward, but we would not rely on the attitude of or approach taken in other countries in exercising the extraterritorial jurisdiction.
