The service has said that it wants to wait until she is in primary 7 before seeing her, but, even then, there is still a 26-month waiting list. That is unacceptable.

Should the petition be closed and a fresh petition be raised, or have we not got to a point where we should be satisfied, given all the work that we have done?
I do not know many people who would want their house at 26°C. We have taken a lot of evidence that says that, if a house is much warmer, it reduces respiratory and other illnesses, for example.
My vision is that we would put in place policies, procedures and investment to give everyone the choice to move up the hierarchy. To build on Jess Pepper’s point, we should provide choice not just to avoid bad decisions but to encourage the best decisions.
