The explanatory notes that accompany the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (SSI 2003/118) detail a long list of pesticides that are to be inserted into legislation, from Abamectin to Tria-something.I am not clear whether those are new pesticides or whether they are simply new limits for pesticides.
