Regs 8(2)(a), 9(2)(a), 26(2)(b), 29(2)(c) and 30(2)(c) Regulations 8(2)(a) and 9(2)(a) inserted new references to the 2011 Regulations so inclusion of the latest amending instrument was necessary to ensure the latest amendments were encapsulated.
