This matter has been chasing Murdo Fraser and me around the building. Well, we have got to get the thing done, because we are all going on our holidays in a few weeks' time.
Although finance is important, it is a secondary concern—whether the bill will work is more important. It would be a negative thing to get hung up on the appointment of a financial adviser.
