We have been in discussion with the police in the area and we are considering the possibility of introducing new measures.Earlier this week, after decades of campaigning—and, if I may say it, throughout the period when the Conservatives were in office—I was pleased to inaugurate the three towns bypass, which will bring new investment into the area and offer much-needed relief from congestion.
