I appreciate the member's concern, which I raised when I asked the Scottish Law Commission to undertake that work. The law is complex and we must get it right. I hope that I stated clearly that the drink-driving limit was a matter for the UK Government; I also stated, in my answer to Michael Matheson, that enforcement is a matter for the police. Any information that we can get that helps to influence our strategy and policy on enforcement is to be welcomed.
