In April, the STUC debated disability issues as part of its mainstreaming agenda, and I am pleased to say that Arts & Business Scotland has launched a new scheme for disability arts with additional funding from the Scottish Executive.The Executive has also been working with grass-roots disability organisations to consider how best to develop policy in partnership with them.
