What does the minister intend to do to get rid of the postcode lottery whereby people in South Lanarkshire get free access to bathing facilities, whereas the cost of a season ticket for a pensioner in North Lanarkshire rose by 50 per cent in the past year? I make the point again that that is a matter for local authorities.
