To ask the Scottish Executive whether any criminal prosecutions have been pursued in Scotland as a result of offences committed against children where the first point of contact was through Internet chat rooms.
Mike Rumbles has outlined clearly the rationale that underpins the model of investigation of complaints that is detailed in the report.I shall focus on one or two points of contention that were raised by members of other committees.
To ask the Scottish Executive what the average waiting time was from the point of diagnosis to the beginning of the first cycle of IVF or intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection treatment in each NHS board in each of the last five years.

To ask the Scottish Executive how many cleaners are working for the NHSiS currently and how many were at the same point in (a) 1997, (b) 1998, (c) 1999 and (d) 2000.
The Executive has commissioned extensive research through the care 21 group, which has considered the particular requirements of carers in a variety of different areas. The Government is assessing how best to advance the recommendations of the group, particularly prior to the spending review in the autumn of next year.
We are expanding the remit of the Scottish Drug Enforcement Agency in order to develop a wider serious crime agency, which will have the best facilities and equipment and more officers.
Does the First Minister agree that a public rail service whose revenues are reinvested in that service would be more efficient than a system in which billions of pounds pour out of the trains and into the pockets of private rail companies? I wish Colin Fox all the best in the weeks ahead. Peter Peacock says that he is certainly going to need it.
We have deliberately given health boards powers to address those issues in whatever way best suits their needs. I know that NHS Dumfries and Galloway is actively pursuing the matter to ensure that patients in Dumfries and Galloway have access to NHS dental services.
