In view of the evidence that the Audit Committee has taken, which shows a history of financial problems at Argyll and Clyde NHS Board, does the minister think that we should consider the longer term, with a view to taking radical action in relation to whether the board as it is currently constituted has a future and can recover financially from the position that it has been in over not just the past year or two, but a number of years?
