The restructuring combines the changes that are necessary to accommodate the transfer of maintenance in-house and the templating of all the roles that are necessary for the new functional structure.We will be moving from a regional, geographic organisation to a route-based organisation; one of those routes will be Scotland.
This might be just a technical point; I am not quite sure, Murray, to be honest. I would have thought that if a new code was produced, it would just overtake the old code.
