Countryside Premium To ask the Scottish Executive how many farmers affected by the double payment situation in relation to the countryside premium scheme have applied for compensation. (S1O-2053) One. I would like to point out to the Parliament that it is not me.
I must admit that when I saw the petition, my first thought was to send it back to the Public Petitions Committee and to make that point. It is not up to committees of the Parliament to tell councils how to spend money.
