Given that the Minister for Justice has had discussions with the Scottish Law Commission and has asked it to conduct a review with the aim of reporting to ministers by the end of 2006, it would be useful to get an update from the Scottish Law Commission on where it has got to with that review, and in particular to get an update on its progress in considering the time-bar issue in which we are interested.
