Does the First Minister agree that, 300 years on, and after two sessions of the new Scottish Parliament, the time is now right for a serious debate about the future of Scotland's Parliament?
It is right that we allow proper time for that and that we ensure that the new, incoming Parliament makes its decisions on those complex, interrelated matters on the basis of the information that has been collected.
