However, it is interesting that the regulations relate to"disabled person's badges issued in Northern Ireland or any member State".In this instance, Northern Ireland gets to issue its own badge, but we do not get to do that.
Does the minister agree that as the 187 physiotherapy graduates who are not employed in a physiotherapy post are looking to other countries for such posts, we need to get the problem fixed quickly, before Scotland loses that wealth of talent?
