I wonder whether the minister will go into more detail and tell us whether the Executive has had any recent discussions on this subject. During the visit of the Prime Minister to this Parliament, many of us were struck by the strong stance that was taken by the Deputy First Minister when he called for Gordon Brown to abandon his 1p cut in income tax.
