Is the minister aware that a recent petitioner to the Parliament, who was complaining about access to services for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnoea, pointed out that, whereas in the past patients had to wait three months to access those services, some people are now having to wait up to two years to access them?

How can the Executive's intentions to improve public transport be safeguarded against the vagaries of the deregulated public transport that we inherited from the Conservative Government? How does the Executive plan to support those individuals and sustain that employment growth? I recognise Allan Wilson's point.
