That is the key aspect: we must not forget that extreme fuel poverty costs lives, so more people will die as a result of that increase. For us, the biggest scandal is that people die when they do not need to.
However, as I have said, given the administration and compliance costs involved in companies doing these things not just on their own transactions but on their intra-company transactions, you will be able to do that sort of thing only if there is a substantially changed policy.
