Her response is as follows: Baker Hicks Ltd. were awarded the public contract published on 26 August 2020 to provide specialist advisory services relating to the new HMP Highland.
Those arrangements are critical in providing a smooth transition to the new body and supporting the implementation of the new membership model, as required by the Education (Scotland) Bill.
