Meat (Official Controls Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 (SSI 2005/607) As members will remember from last week, the committee raised two points on the regulations. Confirmation was sought that paragraphs 9(3)(d) and 9(3)(e) of schedule 2 were not intended to exclude the possibility of judicial review.
