Ms Elder's argument was that she had put in a great deal of work in visiting the villagers and organising questionnaires, with Mary Spowart carrying out the statistical assessment and so on.
Brian Adam is absolutely right; we must work more closely with the planning system in order to ensure that new bus services follow new industrial or housing developments.
It is a national treasure, as would be the restored Waverley line—a new line for a new nation.The project should be seen as a flagship project for this new Parliament in a new millennium.

To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-21646 by Tavish Scott on 7 March 2006, why, if the decision had been taken not to proceed with the Glenmayne scheme in November 2005, this was not confirmed until 7 March 2006.
