Amendment 384 is grouped with amendments 386 to 389, 391, 392 and 474. Amendment 384 introduces a new section that will give the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland the power to revoke a compulsory treatment order.
What was meant has not been explained fully or properly in the memorandum.This is an opportunity for us to get the measures right. I would like to see us proceed in a spirit of partnership so that we can ensure that we get things right.
