We are aware that people in some parts of the country have social inclusion support, for example. We are trying to get a better picture about how money is being used.
Here we are, yet again: where there is a need, people get together, rise to the challenge and provide, as far it is within their capacity, a help network to deliver services that other members have ably described.
The discussion in 2005 centred on Annie Gunner's point that services that self-assess will have to pay for self-assessments and therefore feel that they are not getting any return for the fees that they have to pay.
