To ask the Scottish Executive when its analysis of the impact of the less favoured areas support scheme on individuals and on regions within Scotland will be completed and whether this analysis will be published. An analysis of payments under the new scheme is being finalised and will be placed with the Parliament's Reference Centre next month.

To ask the Scottish Executive what consultation has taken place with established voluntary organisations in Glasgow with regard to the plans for a new Glasgow Gaelic Centre. Meetings have been held between the proponents of the Glasgow Gaelic Centre and the Glasgow Highlanders' Institute and representatives of other Glasgow Highland associations.
To ask the Scottish Executive how many new rehabilitation services have been established with the #21 million given to the Scottish Drugs Forum for this purpose, whether any of these are aimed at young people and, if so, where these are located.
To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are any plans to close any existing Business Shops or to open new such facilities. This is an operational matter for Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise and I have asked the Chairmen to write to the member.
