When we do that, we will earn their respect. The First Minister will have to get focused on those problems because waiting times and waiting lists have gone up, there are fewer nurses, child poverty levels are higher than when Michael Forsyth was in power and manufacturing is going down.

A couple of weeks ago, I attended a Scotland Against Drugs business breakfast in Elgin, which pulled together 60 businesses from Moray to get them engaged in such activity.We must mobilise all sectors throughout Scotland to defeat drugs.

However, implementation has not been fast enough or active enough for my liking, which is why we will be seeking, through the national health improvement fund and measures to top up subsidies, to ensure that those policy aims are achieved. Ensuring that children get access to milk and that there is good nutrition in schools is part of that.
