We are still trying to catch up.The two main reasons why I kept trying to get into Westminster past my sell-by date were to get a Scottish Parliament and to stop the destruction of local government.

I cannot, at this stage, give any commitment to visiting schools in Lockerbie, but I am considering the possibility of including them in a future programme of visits.
