To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will initiate measures to promote any economic benefits of fox-hunting to rural Scotland in the light of the proposed ban of fox-hunting in England and Wales.
I appreciate the concern that has given rise to these amendments, but I fully believe that, once the new tribunal system is in operation, fears that the system will not be fair to parents will be allayed.
By now we should also be able to contribute something to the conference, given that we are a new legislature that is supposedly committed to decreasing the amount of red tape.
