To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to promote Wick Airport. I refer the member to the answer given to question S1W-9633 on 19 September 2000.
However, that policy will apply only to new activities and it is also proposed that existing activities will be regulated on the basis of the status quo until 2012.
Schools (Health Promotion and Nutrition) (Scotland) Bill: Stage 1 We considered the bill two weeks ago and asked the Executive for its comments on the desirability of amending the laying power to clarify that, where the first sets of regulations applying to the two different types of school are made, both would be subject to the affirmative procedure.
Does the minister agree that the consultation gives us all an opportunity to promote the many positive contributions that the majority of our young people make in their communities, instead of demonising all young people for the behaviour of a small minority?
