Amendment 384 is grouped with amendments 386 to 389, 391, 392 and 474. Amendment 384 introduces a new section that will give the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland the power to revoke a compulsory treatment order.
As the minister's advice was that Mr Walter should sell the house and as the estimated cost of repair is put at £2.3 million against a likely market value when restored of £750,000, what sort of person does the minister think is likely to want to buy that house? Andy Kerr. Laughter.
The Executive has fulfilled its commitment to freeze the tolls on the Skye bridge. We have never said that we would buy out the contract, which would involve a major amount of money.
